| My group is dedicated to structural as well as functional genome analysis of lower eukaryotes. In recent years we were the main player in the genome analysis of D. discoideum. This project is now finished and gave a wealth of results for further exploitation. To make further use of this genome we shift now to functional analysis and comparative genomics.
